  Former Communities Organized for Public Service (C.O.P.S.) President Andy Sarabia discusses activism in San Antonio during the 70's. Martinez park is located in San Antonio's West side. C.O.P.S. is responsible for getting this park built where a dump once was. C.O.P.S. leaders had actions with Newell Salvage in order to get the dump cleaned up. Martinez park was recently revitalized as part of the 2011 San Antonio Bond projects.
