Former Communities Organized for Public Service (C.O.P.S.) President Andy Sarabia discusses activism in San Antonio during the 70's.

C.O.P.S. organized the Prospect Hill Yellowjackets, a pop-warner football league in San Antonio's west side in order to get fields for the kids to play in. Rosedale park was the result of their actions.
