Former Communities Organized for Public Service (C.O.P.S.) President Andy Sarabia discusses activism in San Antonio during the 70's.

This was the first H.E.B. that C.O.P.S. leaders organized actions against H.E. Butt Grocery Co., in order to influence the chain to rebuild its tiny, dilapidated store in San Antonio's West side.
