Former Communities Organized for Public Service (C.O.P.S.) President Andy Sarabia discusses activism in San Antonio during the 70's.

When the Grace Lutheran TB Hospital was going to be closed, C.O.P.S. leaders mitigated in order to keep a health service center in the West side community of San Antonio. The University Center for Community Health, a diabetes center, is what was agreed upon.
