Former Communities Organized for Public Service (C.O.P.S.) President Andy Sarabia discusses activism in San Antonio during the 70's.

C.O.P.S. organized to get the baseball diamonds at Cuellar Park. The fields are named after Rudy Perez, a West side activist and community leader. They naming was comissioned by then mayor of San Antonio, Phil Hardberger.
